Planning & Coordination Working Group

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Detailed valuations & Selection of assets to be transferred to NNPC Limited
• Handle change management including organizational designs and appropriate job descriptions & Core Competencies
• Coordinate the implementation in the relevant institution (The Commission, Authority & NNPC Limited)
• Coordinate the initial determination of Domestic Gas Delivery Obligation & Domestic Crude Oil Obligations
• Coordinate the take-off of Midstream Gas Infrastructure Fund and Frontier Exploration Fund
• Coordinate the initial implementation of Host Community Trust Fund
• Monitor and ensure compliance with the agreed timeline
